Description
Protège ta connexion la plus importante. Le COBRAUNION STRAIGHT-LOCK est un support de câble de tethering haut de gamme, conçu pour les photographes professionnels, les vidéastes et les digital techs dont le matériel doit fonctionner à chaque prise.
Le Straight-Lock porte bien son nom : il ne plie pas le câble comme le font les supports classiques, ce qui peut entraîner des pertes de signal ou des dommages à long terme. Son mécanisme à ressort maintient le câble parfaitement droit, offrant au port de données de ton appareil la meilleure décharge de traction possible.
Caractéristiques techniques
- Matériau : Aluminium usiné CNC de haute qualité, léger et durable
- Dimensions : Encombrement compact de 6×4 cm
- Montage : Se fixe à l’appareil photo avec une vis (clé Allen 5/32" nécessaire)
- Aucune pliure du câble : En gardant le câble droit, tu préserves les débits maximaux et prolonges la durée de vie de ton matériel de tethering.
- Protection du port : Protège le port USB ou HDMI de ton appareil photo contre les déconnexions accidentelles et les réparations coûteuses.
- Compatible Arca-Swiss : La base compatible Arca-Swiss intégrée permet de monter et démonter l’appareil du trépied en quelques secondes sans retirer le support.
- Verrouillage rapide : Le mécanisme à ressort permet de monter et démonter le câble rapidement, la plaque restant fixée à l’appareil.

The concept is adequate. But definitely needs tweaking for version 2. The setup doesn’t move smoothly. It tends to jam a bit if not pushed just the right way in the right spot. Which goes against its ethos of being able to easily put in and take out the cable. I suggest a future version needs to have small rails and bearings to keep the cam aligned and able to move smoothly without friction
Great item, everything works, maybe I would have liked an extra screw so it wouldn't turn when attaching a heavier camera
Finally Got it and fits perfect on my R6 Mark II bodies, much more control in the studio without being afraid that the cable will come loose from the camera.
Great invention - have had a few tether cables and ports get damaged in the past few years of commercial shooting and alongside treating them with a little more respect nowadays, this tether plate has made it much easier to avoid the port getting yanked out, without trapping the cord inside of a tether block that needs to be unscrewed to unplug the cable. Well designed piece of kit!
