General Information

Please note that the 'shipping time' stated in the delivery options refers to the time after the package has left our warehouse. Our packing process takes 1–2 business days (including UPS Express/Express Saver orders).

Shipping Within Germany

All orders within Germany are shipped via DHL or Deutsche Post.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and can be reviewed before placing your order.

Estimated delivery time within Germany: 2 to 7 business days.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Germany.
Shipping costs for destinations outside Germany are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary by country but typically range between 2 to 14 business days.

Shipping Outside the European Union

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties or import taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities or shipping provider and must be paid by the recipient.
Please check with your country’s customs office before placing an order to understand any potential fees.

US Orders (Current Tariff Situation)

US orders may be subject to current import tariffs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any applicable charges before placing your order.
If an order is placed and subsequently refused by the customer, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge an additional return fee of 35€ per parcel returned.
