USB-C-Tetherkabel – 5M 20G Gewinkelt

On our Canon R5 mk. II we use right angle pigtail with USB PORT GUARD and original Tetherblock (non arca). It sits there all the time, even in trasnport. When photographer wants to go with the card we just unplug the extension and that's all. Setting up and wrap is faster because you do not have to lock the cable every time. You should think of some protector /lock to hold cables together because pigtail sometimes fell from extension and we have to tape it.

This short cable is very robust (the sheath inspires confidence) and offers a fast 40Gbps connection. Once attached to the camera using a plate, it's easy to connect and disconnect with an extension cable of the desired length. In the long run, I think this method helps preserve the cable's lifespan.

This cable works with Nikon Z9. And it’s no obvious. Z9 is very demanding about quality of tether cable. Fortunately this works perfectly
